Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping policy?

Currently, our shipping is flat rate, split into two zones. The first zone is $20 for the extended northeast. The rest of the world is $30.

All speakers will be packed in a protective wrap. The boxes, protective wrap, and packing peanuts selected are all biodegradable; the tape holding the box together is not.

Items will be shipped the day following the order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship out within two days, since each product is made to order in Brooklyn. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — expedited shipping is available upon request. Please reach out before or immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We stand behind every unit we make.
If an electronic component fails within its five-year manufacturer warranty, repair is free of charge. If the issue falls outside that period, we’ll repair the product at the cost of the replacement part. Return shipping is paid by the customer, though we can generate a shipping label to simplify the process.

What is the return policy?

At Maker Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our premium bluetooth speakers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Speaker must be in like-new condition with no cosmetic damage
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and cables must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at patrickcronin@makerhardware.shop or through our contact form to start the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the Product: Package the speaker securely in its original box with all accessories and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the speaker to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Refunds include the purchase price of the speaker but exclude any shipping charges.
  • Defective Products: If your speaker arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Custom or Modified Products: Speakers that have been customized or modified at your request are not eligible for return unless defective.
